We are looking for a hands-on Automation Customer Support Specialist who can design and build autonomous customer support workflows using AI agents, orchestration systems, and AI-assisted tooling. This role focuses on building scalable AI-powered support solutions that reduce manual work, improve support quality, and optimize customer operations.

Working schedule:

  • Working hours: 12:00–20:00, Cyprus timezone
  • 5/2 schedule with floating days off
Key responsibilities
  • Design and build autonomous CS/CX pipelines powered by AI agents
  • Develop multi-agent support systems for customer operations
  • Build agent orchestration workflows and autonomous execution chains
  • Automate customer support, CX, and sales-related processes
  • Create AI-assisted architecture and workflow generation systems
  • Support dealer/customer operations and internal stakeholders
  • Participate in Zoom calls with customers to understand workflows and operational pain points
  • Integrate AI systems with APIs, internal tools, and external platforms
  • Improve reliability, observability, and scalability of AI-driven support operations
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize customer experience workflows
Required experience
  • 3+ years of experience in Customer Support, Customer Experience, QA, Operations, or similar roles
  • Strong hands-on experience building AI agents and autonomous workflows
  • Deep practical experience with Anthropic Claude Code or similar AI coding/agentic tools
  • Strong understanding of multi-agent systems and orchestration architectures
  • Experience automating CS/CX/Sales workflows
  • Experience working with REST APIs and third-party integrations
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently in ambiguous environments
  • Excellent communication skills and customer-facing confidence
  • Strong written and spoken English

  • Experience with AI observability, evaluation, or prompt optimization
