Job Description Job Title: HVAC Sheet Metal Superintendent Location: Kosciusko, MS Job Summary We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled HVAC Sheet Metal Superintendent to lead and oversee the installation of HVAC ductwork and related systems for commercial and industrial projects. This role requires strong expertise in sheet metal fabrication, installation, and project management to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and in compliance with industry standards and safety regulations. The ideal candidate will have excellent leadership abilities, a commitment to quality, and a focus on workplace safety.

Key Responsibilities Supervise and manage HVAC sheet metal installation projects from inception to completion. Lead and coordinate the activities of sheet metal workers and subcontractors. Ensure compliance with project blueprints, specifications, and applicable building codes.

Monitor project progress, budgets, and resource allocation to maintain efficiency. Conduct quality control inspections to uphold company and industry standards. Train, mentor, and develop crew members while enforcing safety policies and OSHA regulations.

Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and stakeholders for seamless project execution. Identify and resolve project challenges efficiently to avoid delays and cost overruns. Maintain accurate documentation of work progress, materials, and workforce allocation.

Enforce job site safety by ensuring compliance with OSHA and company safety standards. Qualifications & Skills 5+ years of HVAC sheet metal installation experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership role. Extensive knowledge of sheet metal fabrication, installation techniques, and HVAC systems.

Ability to read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and project documentation. Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in industry-specific tools and software.

OSHA 30 certification preferred. Valid driver's license with the ability to travel to job sites as required. Education & Certifications High school diploma or equivalent (required).

Technical training or certification in HVAC/sheet metal (preferred). Work Environment Work is performed on active construction sites with exposure to outdoor elements, heights, and confined spaces. Requires physical activity, including lifting, climbing, and standing for extended periods.
