As part of our continued growth, we are seeking an Entry-Level Sheet Metal Team Member to join our skilled and dynamic crew.


Job Summary

As a Sheet Metal Team Member, you'll assist with the fabrication, assembly, and installation of sheet metal components that protect and enhance our commercial roofing systems. This entry-level role offers hands-on training, career growth opportunities, and the chance to work with experienced professionals in a supportive, team-focused environment.


Responsibilities
Assist with installing and maintaining sheet metal roofing components according to project specifications and safety guidelines.
Learn to handle, cut, shape, and assemble sheet metal under the guidance of experienced team members.
Support the installation of flashing, gutters, downspouts, coping, and other metal elements.
Participate in on-site measurements and layout to ensure precision.
Keep tools, equipment, and work areas clean and organized.
Follow safety protocols and wear required PPE at all times.
Work collaboratively to complete projects on schedule and to high-quality standards.
Help identify and address issues with sheet metal installations.
Attend training to build skills and knowledge of sheet metal techniques.
