About PureWay
PureWay Compliance is a national healthcare and environmental compliance company specializing in regulated waste collection, logistics, fulfillment, transportation coordination, and compliance solutions. We support healthcare providers, pharmacies, government agencies, and commercial customers through a nationwide network of warehouses, transportation partners, and service providers.

More than 117 million Americans use injectable medications at home. Our vision is to make safe sharps disposal as common and understood as recycling batteries or returning unused medications—creating a new national standard for protecting families, healthcare workers, sanitation workers, and the environment.

We're looking for a transformational Consumer Marketing Leadership(CML) to lead this mission.

This is not a traditional marketing role. It is an opportunity to build a consumer movement, develop a new category, and drive one of the largest untapped growth opportunities in healthcare.

  • 12+ years of progressive marketing leadership experience.
  • 7+ years leading high-performing marketing teams.
  • Demonstrated success growing consumer-facing businesses.
