Job Description

What You’ll Do:
• Take charge of insurance claims, verifications, and billing, ensuring accuracy and transparency for our patients. Your expertise will help make dental care stress-free.
• Maintain precise and up-to-date patient records, ensuring every detail is accounted for. A well-organized practice means better patient care!
• Manage appointments with efficiency and professionalism, balancing patient needs while keeping the office running smoothly.
• Greet each patient with a warm, welcoming attitude, making them feel comfortable and valued from the moment they walk in.
• Experience with Dolphin Software is a plus, but if you're a quick learner, we’ll provide the training to get you up to speed!

Salary Range

Part-time $20 - $22 per hour

Salary based on Experience.

Work Hours:
• Monday to Friday, 8-hour shifts

Requirements

What We’re Looking For:
• 1-2 years in dental administration is preferred, but if you have a strong work ethic and the willingness to learn, we want to hear from you.
• Strong knowledge of insurance claims, verifications, and billing processes to ensure accuracy and efficiency in patient accounts.
• Ability to maintain accurate patient records, ensuring compliance and seamless operations.
• Experience with Dolphin Software is a plus, but not required—we’re happy to provide training for the right candidate!
