We are currently seeking a Bi-lingual Customer Service Representative at our Reading PA location

•    Responsible for processing customer orders, answering customer inquiries, hearing, investigating and resolving customer complaints, maintaining accurate data in company systems
•    Being a critical member in a small team, but playing a significant role in improving processes 
•    Creating Positive relationships across the company locations 
•    Assist customers with understanding our portfolio of products and help recommend appropriate packaging solutions
•    Verify accuracy of purchase orders including quantity, price, stock availability, lead times, delivery windows, etc.
•    Ensure customer profile is accurate and maintained ex location address, warehouse information, company contact and title, etc.

•    High School Diploma required. 
•    5  years of experience in customer service 
•    Experience within a manufacturing environment preferred
•    Microsoft Office computer skills are required
•    Proven analytical and problem-solving abilities
•    Ability to thoroughly understand systems and procedures
•    Experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment
•    Ability to maintain focus and accuracy in a fast-paced work environment
•    Bi -lingual in Spanish / English is heavily preferred

•    Split schedule, ability to work 9- 6 pm two times per week
