Who We're Looking For:

As a key member of the Interventional Urology Sales team, the Clinical Educatorwill provide on-site and remote clinical education for customers, partner with the sales team to identify goals and training opportunities and help support the IU team achieve Optilume quotas and develop the business. The candidate must speak French as the role is supporting Quebec & the Maritimes.

About the Role:

  • Install, train, and educate customers on newly purchased urodynamic capital equipment; ensure customers are comfortable using their equipment and provide additional training as requested.
  • Identify new sales opportunities from educational events and work interactively with the sales team.
  • Provide Optilume case support and on-going education, work with sales team to open new accounts and target new customers.
  • Partner with global marketing to host Canadian webinars and develop Canadian sales and marketing materials.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in the health care field
  • Bilingual, French, English

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Clinical education experience in a hospital, clinic, or medical device setting.
  • Background in nursing, midwifery, or urology preferred.
