Machine Operator Assistant
Location: Springfield, Missouri
Pay Rate: $21.03/hour
Schedule: 2nd Shift – 3:00pm to 11:00pm, Monday to Friday

Must Haves:

Your Role:
  • Assist with machine setup, calibration, and operation
  • Monitor production quality and compliance
  • Conduct routine maintenance and basic troubleshooting using hand tools
  • Accurately document production data and maintenance in computer systems
  • Communicate effectively with teammates and supervisors
  • Maintain strict adherence to safety protocols and company standards

What You Need to Succeed:
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • 2-3 years of proven work experience
  • Flexibility to work any shift and up to 4 hours daily overtime (including weekends, up to 12 hours)
  • Ability to work in a non-climate-controlled environment (hot and humid during summer/fall)
  • Ability to read a tape measure and perform basic math
  • Able to lift, push, and pull up to 50 lbs., and perform repetitive motion, stand, walk, bend, and navigate stairs throughout the shift
  • Prior full line manufacturing experience is preferred
