Job Title: Medical Assistant
Position Overview
We are seeking a motivated, accountable, and fast-paced Medical Assistant to join a close-knit clinical team of five in an on-site care environment. This role offers an incredible entry point into the medical field with a unique level of clinical autonomy. Job Responsibilities
  • Perform standard clinical rooming, direct patient care, and safely measure and record patient vitals.
  • Navigate a fast-paced environment smoothly, adjusting workflows on high-volume days.
  • Collaborate closely with a dedicated team including the lead physician, ultrasound technician, fellow medical assistants, and front desk coordination staff.

Schedule & Shift Breakdown
Enjoy an exceptional, family-friendly schedule with absolutely no nights and no weekends:
  • Monday through Thursday: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM (usually wrapped up by 4:30 PM).
  • Friday: 8:00 AM - 1:00 PM (short, fast-paced half-day).
  • Includes a designated 1-hour lunch break Monday through Thursday from 12:00 PM - 1:00 PM.

Required Skills & Qualifications
  • High school graduate or equivalent education.
  • Successful completion of formal Medical Assistant training/schooling coursework (Medical Assistant Diploma).
  • Must be scheduled/preparing to sit for an official CMA certification examination in the near future.
  • High level of personal accountability and comfort taking direct, constructive criticism well to ensure top-tier clinical safety.
  • Adaptable to a wide range of patient and colleague communication styles.

Preferred Skills
  • Bilingual (Spanish): Strongly preferred, as roughly 60% of the patient demographic speaks Spanish.

Compensation & Premium Benefits
