Our client is seeking an experienced SharePoint Designer to support the redesign and modernization of our internal business website.

The focus of this role is improving how employees access information, navigate content and engage with internal resources. This role will partner with Internal Communications, IT, and business stakeholders. Key Responsibilities: Redesign and modernize a collection of existing SharePoint Online sites Assess the current internal SharePoint site to identify improvement opportunities Recommend and implement improved information architecture and navigation Configure SharePoint pages, web parts, templates, and branding Support content cleanup and migration Partner with internal stakeholders to translate business needs into site design Ensure usability, accessibility, and scalability best practices Required Experience: Deep expertise in SharePoint Online and modern intranet design Strong background in internal/intranet site design and UX Ability to work independently and manage deliverables in a contractor role Preferred Experience: Familiarity with Microsoft 365 ecosystem Strong understanding of usability and employee experience Comfort working with limited direction and multiple stakeholders Experience supporting internal communications or corporate intranets.
