Pending Contract Award Position Responsibility Summary: Primary Function - MBSE & Deputy Leadership (PWS 1.16.1.3): Serves as the deputy to the Enterprise Architect, providing continuity of enterprise architecture leadership during periods of leave, surge demands, or personnel transitions. Leads the adoption and integration of Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) methodologies and digital transformation tools. As deputy, assumes full EA governance authority in the Enterprise Architect's absence, ensuring uninterrupted strategic direction for both enterprise architecture modernization and MBSE integration across a complex, multi-program environment

Cross-Functional Software Sustainment (PWS 1.16.7.2, 1.16.7.4 ):** Cross-trained in Software Development sustainment activities and Digital Enterprise application support. Enables direct coordination with the Development team to ensure MBSE tool data pipelines integrate cleanly with the application lifecycle (e.g., .NET GOTS and SharePoint MOTS). During peak MBSE integration periods, directly troubleshoots model-to-application data flows, validates tool configurations in staging environments, and provides qualified backup for Digital Enterprise application maintenance
