Job description

SSI is seeking a SharePoint Administrator to join our team in Jacksonville.  This position is hybrid, allowing for work from home, but requires ability to be onsite in Jacksonville with the customer as needed.  DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: * Provide administration of the Navy's assigned SharePoint repositories, sites and workflows.
* Oversee a custom designed ticket tracking system in SharePoint, to include adding users, managing access, generating reports and configuring for updates and changes as requested.
* Provide support for the CNIC/Regional/Installation SharePoint Portal and the hardware/software portfolio.
* Report all inventory updates, discrepancies, outages or other issues to management.
* Evaluate and enforce CNIC/CNRSE Gateway (G2), FS Teams, FS SharePoint Online (SPO), Power BI Environment policies for 17 portal sites and all sub site contained within ensuring Confidentiality, Integrity, Availability, Non-Repudiation and Accountability.
* Interact with customer and/or functional group managers on CNIC Gateway and DON Portfolio management related matters.
* Work as part of a CNRSE Gateway (G2) Team utilizing SharePoint Web Design.
* Work as part of a CNRSE Flank Speed (FS) Teams, FS SharePoint Online (SPO), and Power BI team utilizing Power BI, Power Automate, and Power Apps.
* Monitor daily operation of CNRSE Gateway, FS Teams, and FS SPO, using SharePoint, SPO Power Tool (BI, Automate, and Apps), and NMCI/NGEN and Azure administrative tool sets.
* Develop, execute SharePoint trend reports, using government provided resources.
* Participate in scheduling CNIC RGM/Portfolio management meetings as requested.
* Provide weekly status updates of the G2, FS Teams, SPO, Power BI environment to the Regional RGM and Portfolio Manager. Requirements * DoD8570 IAT Level II (eg: Sec+)
* Clearance: Secret
* Education: Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience to degree
* Minimum of 3 years' experience in SharePoint administration
* Experience developing web parts, workflows, and automations
* Excellent team skills, must be thorough, must have excellent communications skills, written and verbal
* Demonstrate initiative and be results oriented with flexibility and tenacity
* Demonstrate the ability to continuously adjust priorities to reflect changing circumstances
* Ability to work in a dynamic cross-organizational team environment
* Strong dedication to provide quality customer service
* Effective problem-solving skills and inherent decision-making ability
* Ability to manage own projects including communications to customers as well as work as part of a larger team managed by a project manager
* Required to stand, walk and sit; communicate verbally both in person and by telephone; use hands to finger, handle or feel objects or controls; reach with hands and arms. Regularly required to stoop, kneel, bend, crouch and lift up to 25 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, depth perception, color vision and the ability to adjust focus. Physical demands associated with this position may include extensive walking (including stairs) throughout offices and between buildings. May require use of personal or Government vehicle to drive to local and/or remote office locations
