Job description

East Lakeland OB/GYN Associates is seeking a full-time Associate Physician to join our thriving, patient-centered team in Jackson & Flowood, Mississippi. As a well-established practice with a mission of "Healthcare for Women by Women," we are proud to provide comprehensive care across all stages of life-ranging from obstetrics and gynecology to robotic surgery, menopause management, and wellness services.

    • 3.5 clinic days (Friday half-day) + 1 admin/surgery day

    • Favorable 1:10 call schedule shared with three local practice groups:

      • ~21 weekday calls/year (beeper; volume expected to decrease as hospitalist program expands)

      • ~5 weekend calls/year

      • Post-call day off following weekend shifts

  • Mentorship & Growth: Supportive environment with surgical and clinical mentorship; new graduates and experienced physicians are welcome.
