Are you energized by solving complex data challenges and turning business needs into impactful solutions? Join the Digital Innovation & Analytics Utility Team within WCIB Operations, where you'll help transform how operational data is collected, processed, and delivered across the organization.

This is an opportunity to work at the intersection of data, technology, and operations, supporting critical business functions through automation, analytics, and innovative data solutions. You'll partner with internal stakeholders, translate business requirements into technical outcomes, and contribute to projects that improve efficiency and accuracy across operational processes.

What You'll Do

  • Analyze and transform data to support operational business needs

  • Partner with internal stakeholders to gather requirements and identify solutions

  • Work with ETL tools to intake, validate, transform, and distribute data

  • Support API-based integrations, file transfers, and database updates

  • Translate business requests into technical solutions and actionable outcomes

  • Support both strategic projects and ad hoc requests through a structured intake process

  • Ensure data quality, accuracy, and operational effectiveness through strong attention to detail

  • Contribute to continuous improvement and innovation initiatives across WCIB Operations

Location & Schedule:

  • 3+ days in office at either St. Paul, MN (West Side Flats), Milwaukee, WI (RiverCenter), or Cincinnati, OH (Lunken Operations Center)

  • Monday - Friday 8am-5pm CST

This role is not eligible for visa sponsorship. Candidates must be U.S. Citizens and not hold any type of Visa.

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience

  • One to two years of direct experience, or three to five years of related experience

Preferred Skills/Experience

  • Experience working with data analysis, data transformation, or data operations

  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

  • Ability to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions

  • Excellent attention to detail

  • Experience working with SQL

  • Experience with ETL tools and data integration platforms

  • Knowledge of APIs and data transfer methodologies

  • Experience supporting operational or financial services environments

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and changing business needs

  • Self-starter mindset with a willingness to learn and adapt

Location Expectations

This role requires working from a U.S. Bank location three (3) or more days per week.

The salary range reflects figures based on the primary location, which is listed first. The actual range for the role may differ based on the location of the role. In addition to salary, U.S. Bank offers a comprehensive benefits package, including incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase 401(k) contribution and pension (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). Pay Range: $64,855.00 - $76,300.00
