Your Opportunity:

As a Client Development Representative, you’ll step into a fast-paced, team-driven environment where you’ll:

  • Build meaningful, long-term relationships
  • Learn our proven sales methodology while building the skills to grow your career in technology solutions
  • Drive business growth by generating new opportunities and partnering with Client Engagement Managers throughout the sales process
  • Earn based on your performance with strong long-term income potential


Day to Day:

  • Identify and prospect new Fortune 500 companies through LinkedIn, ZoomInfo, cold calling, email campaigns, networking events, and referrals
  • Schedule introductory meetings between prospective clients and KellyMitchell Client Engagement Managers
  • Partner alongside assigned Client Engagement Managers to prepare for and participate in new client meetings
  • Research target accounts, industries, and key decision makers to support strategic business development efforts
  • Build personalized outreach campaigns that generate qualified sales opportunities
  • Maintain accurate activity and pipeline reporting within CRM
  • Learn KellyMitchell's consultative sales methodology, service offerings, and client engagement process
  • Shadow Client Engagement Managers throughout the full sales lifecycle, including discovery meetings, proposal development, negotiations, and account management
  • Collaborate with Recruiting teams to understand delivery capabilities and current market trends
  • Consistently achieve weekly and monthly outreach, meeting, and pipeline generation goals
  • Participate in ongoing sales training, coaching, and mentorship designed to prepare for promotion into a Client Engagement Manager role


Requirements:

  • Proven track record in a competitive, fast pace, sales-oriented environment
  • Expert communication skills with the ability to build and maintain client relationships
  • Positive attitude, team player mentality, and drive to be successful
  • High-energy and competitive nature that seeks results and personal accountability for sales
  • Must be willing to travel locally and have reliable transportation
  • Bachelor's degree required
