Job description

SHADOW is seeking a Senior Designer to join our Creative team. The ideal candidate has 5-8 years of experience working in a creative agency or brand environment. This role is for a highly conceptual, detail-oriented designer who thrives on solving creative challenges through exceptional craft. As a Senior Designer, you'll lead projects from concept through execution, creating thoughtful design systems, visual identities, presentations, campaigns, environments, and digital experiences.
Working closely with Creative Directors, Art Directors, Strategists, Producers, Writers, and cross-functional teams, you'll help shape ideas into compelling creative that is both strategically grounded and beautifully executed. We're looking for someone who takes ownership of their work, raises the creative standard of the team, and brings curiosity, collaboration, and great design to every project.
A portfolio showcasing strong conceptual thinking and exceptional visual craft is required.
What You'll Bring
  • A passion for design, culture, and visual storytelling, with exceptional craft in typography, composition, hierarchy, and design systems.
  • Strong conceptual thinking with the ability to translate strategy into compelling creative solutions across brand, digital, experiential, environmental, and presentation design.
  • Confidence to independently own projects from brief through production and final delivery, balancing creative ambition with technical feasibility.
  • Outstanding attention to detail, craftsmanship, and creative judgment, with a proactive approach to problem-solving and continuous improvement.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and collaboration skills, with experience working alongside Creative Directors, Writers, Strategists, Producers, Motion Designers, and external production partners.
  • A desire to mentor others, contribute thoughtful feedback, and elevate the creative standard of the team.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills, with an understanding of production processes, fabrication, and preparing production-ready artwork.
  • Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, Keynote, and Google Slides, with a thoughtful approach to integrating AI tools while maintaining originality and craft.

What You'll Do
  • Lead creative projects from concept through production across brand, experiential, digital, social, presentation, and environmental design, developing original creative territories, visual systems, and design solutions that bring strategic ideas to life.
  • Design impactful brand experiences and creative assets, including presentations, campaign identities, experiential activations, environmental graphics, digital experiences, merchandise, and branded collateral with exceptional attention to craft and detail.
  • Collaborate closely with Creative Directors, Art Directors, Writers, Strategists, Motion Designers, Producers, and account teams to develop, refine, and present thoughtful creative solutions.
  • Partner with production vendors, fabricators, and external teams to carry projects through production and final execution, ensuring the highest standards of quality and craftsmanship.
  • Mentor junior designers, contribute to a collaborative creative culture, and continuously explore new ideas, technologies, and AI tools that elevate the work.

Annual Compensation
