Estimated annual base pay: $85,000(minimum) - $110,000(midpoint) - $136,000(maximum)

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, build, configure, test, deploy, and support Workday integrations that enable reliable business processes and a positive member experience.
  • Use Workday integration tools such as EIB, Core Connectors, Cloud Connect, Workday Studio, Report-as-a-Service, and web services to connect Workday with internal systems and external partners.
  • Partner with HR, Payroll, Benefits, Finance, IT, Security, and vendor teams to understand needs, translate requirements, and deliver scalable solutions.
  • Document integration requirements, data mappings, transformation logic, schedules, dependencies, and support procedures so solutions are clear and sustainable.
  • Monitor production integrations, troubleshoot issues, identify root cause, and take timely action to reduce disruption for members and business partners.
  • Support unit testing, system integration testing, regression testing, and user acceptance testing for new and changed integrations.
  • Maintain integration documentation, runbooks, change records, and audit evidence in alignment with internal governance and compliance expectations.
  • Evaluate Workday releases, configuration changes, and business process updates for integration impacts and coordinate testing or updates as needed.
  • Look for opportunities to simplify work, improve reliability, strengthen data quality, and help HR Technology continue to provide solutions that support Woodward's growth.

  • Experience with middleware or integration platforms such as Oxygen Editor, Postman, MuleSoft, Boomi, Azure Integration Services, or similar tools
  • Knowledge of HR, payroll, benefits, identity management, and vendor integration processes
  • Familiarity with IT service management, incident management, change management, and release management practices
