Job description

Sr. Manager Special Programs Security

The Sr. Manager Special Programs Security will report directly to the Associate Director Special Programs Security. This individual will lead a cross functional team to oversee all security aspects of development or production related munitions programs to ensure compliance with Government regulations including the NISPOM, DoDM 5205.07, ICD-705, DoDM 5105.21, and the JSIG.THIS POSITION IS FULL TIME ONSITE

What You Will Do

  • Lead a team of Security Specialists by establishing schedules, prioritizing assignments, providing training, and oversight.
  • Develop, prepare, and implement novel processes to improve output in accordance with Raytheon CORE (lean/six sigma) operating system.
  • Develop Plans and Procedures to ensure compliance of operations in accordance with DoDM 5205.07, CFR 32 Part 117, DoD 5200.02, DoD 5200.48, DoD 5105.21 and internal company policy.
  • Conduct and/or participate in internal reviews and/or Government inspections.
  • Collect metrics, perform data analysis and submit reports to senior management.
  • Prepare, review, and submit cost proposals to senior management.
  • Conduct employee performance reviews to develop, mentor and train personnel.

Qualifications You Must Have

  • Typically requires: A University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 10 years prior relevant experience, or An Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 7 years experience
  • Experience leading and managing the execution Security processes and procedures within a SAP/SCI work area including executing the NISPOM, DoDM 5205.07, and ICD Manuals.
  • Experience with Microsoft Products

Qualification We Prefer

  • Degree major in Business Management, Security and/or Risk Management, Government Policy, Information Management, Criminal Justice, or other related field of study.
  • Broad knowledge and skills within the SAP/SCI security discipline.
  • Completed related training and/or certification with DCSA and/or CDSE (ex. Introduction to SAPs, ICD-705, SFPC, SPSC, PSC, etc.)
