We're looking for a Senior Financial Analyst (SFA) to work collaboratively with our finance and accounting teams in preparing the consolidated company budget and forecast, as well as provide qualitative and quantitative analysis of results and forecasted trends.

As SFA, you will deliver accurate reporting and analysis of monthly results for Board of Director presentations, assist Financial Reporting and Investor Relations teams in all external, publicly filed information, and assist in developing the consolidated long-range plan, including balance sheet, cash flow modeling and forecasting earnings projections.

The ideal candidate is proficient in financial concepts, systems, and tools. They can self-validate work to ensure accuracy. They demonstrate the ability to improve work product for leadership presentations. They are eager and curious to understand trends driving financial performance. They can connect the dots and draw meaningful conclusions. Individuals need to be able to seek out and incorporate feedback, self-prioritize work, escalate priority conflicts and recommend solutions collaboratively with manager and team members.

Responsibilities:
  • Work closely in a fast-paced environment to provide clear and concise data-driven insights to senior leadership for visibility and decision making
  • Provide tactical support for Enterprise consolidation of the budgeting and forecasting process
  • Implement various models to assist with budgeting process, forecasting and earnings projections, and periodic reporting and examination of outcomes
  • Analyze and model near and long-term results for scenario planning for P&L, cash flow, and balance sheet
  • Express intellectual curiosity and critical thinking that can tackle problems and make recommendations based on self-directed work efforts
  • Ad-hoc requests as needed
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's in Business Finance or related field, with 3 to 5 years in a similar role with a medium to large multi-unit company
  • Experience in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis; developing planning models and consolidations of budgets / forecasts, including capital planning, P&L, cash flow and balance sheet
  • Proficient in MS Excel and PowerPoint. Detail oriented with high attention to quality and accuracy
  • Able to interact with various levels of management and develop strong working relationships with peers and collaborators
  • Skilled in financial analysis, can identify potential problems and develop viable alternatives. Knowledge and understanding of accounting principles and financial planning concepts
  • Strong problem solving, critical thinking and analytical skills
