The Reproductive and Child Health Promoter position requires someone who enjoys working independently and part of a team to support the needs of the site, patients, and RCHP supportive services team. An ideal candidate would have an interest in reproductive health related issues, education, outreach, advocacy, and data entry. This position is responsible for coordinating and monitoring the Reproductive Health Team's assignments, deliveries, prenatal education, patient outreach, data entry, and reports. This position requires a self-motivated individual who pays close attention to detail and can manage multiple projects and deadlines.

Main Duties & Responsibilities
  • Schedules new OB appointments with appropriate provider (CNM or MD) and assigns and coordinates the expected deliveries among the assigned site Reproductive Health Team.

  • Creates and/or maintains accurate documentation and database for timely report production and distribution including the maintenance of the site EDC list and any OB statistics.

Education
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required
  • Healthcare operations or administration experience preferred
  • Two years of experience working in a community health setting strongly preferred.
