Vitality Care Psychotherapy LTD. is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Remote Mental Health Therapist with licensure as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW). Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough remote therapy sessions with clients utilizing secure video conferencing platforms, allowing you to maintain a personal connection while adhering to confidentiality protocols.
  • Perform comprehensive assessments to determine clients' mental health needs, leading to the creation of personalized treatment plans tailored to each individual.
  • Apply evidence-based therapeutic interventions, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and mindfulness techniques, to address clients' unique challenges and promote positive behavioral change.
  • Guide clients in implementing practical coping strategies and therapeutic homework assignments to foster their progress between sessions.
  • Maintain accurate, timely, and confidential electronic records of client interactions, progress, and treatment modifications in compliance with both organizational and HIPAA standards.
  • Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals to coordinate care and enhance the therapeutic experience for clients.
  • Engage in continuous professional development by attending workshops, seminars, and training sessions to remain abreast of advancements in mental health treatment.
Patient Population / Client Focus

You will primarily serve a diverse clientele, including children, adolescents, and adults dealing with a variety of mental health issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and co-occurring disorders. Qualifications
  • A master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, Psychology, or a related field from an accredited institution is required.
  • A valid license as a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the state of California.
  • A minimum of three (3) years of professional experience providing therapy in a clinical setting, demonstrating competency in handling diverse client cases.
Preferred Experience
  • Experience with remote therapy practices, including familiarity with telehealth tools and platforms.
  • Knowledge of developmental milestones in children and adolescents, along with expertise in dealing with complex issues related to co-occurring mental health disorders.
  • Professional certifications or additional licenses, such as DBT, CCTP, or certifications relating to trauma, military, and sexual offender treatment.
Compensation and Benefits
  • A competitive salary range of USD 120,000 to USD 130,000 annually, based on the volume of client caseload and experience.
