Job Description

Machine Operator Responsibilities

  • Carry out production, inspection, packaging and machine operation duties
  • Setup machinery and effectively monitor production
  • Make required adjustments to machinery as necessary
  • Conduct quality spot checks at set intervals
  • Perform appropriate duties as assigned by management
  • Maintain a safe and clean work space


Qualifications
  • High school diploma or GED required.ย  Associate technical degree preferred.
  • ย ย ย ย Prefer machine operating experience.
  • ย ย ย ย Prefer mechanical aptitude.
  • ย  ย  Attention to detail.
  • ย ย ย ย Ability to perform basic math functions such as addition, subtraction, multiplication, division.
  • ย ย ย ย Ability to perform job safely.
  • ย ย ย ย Ability to clean and organize work area (stack, sort, sweep, use solvents/cleaners, broom).
  • ย ย ย ย Must have a good verbal and written understanding of the English language.
  • ย ย ย ย Must be within a commutable distance to facility.ย  Relocation support not offered.
