    Job Summary:

    We have exciting opportunities for individuals who are mechanically inclined and have a willingness to learn! The operator is to follow green sheet work instructions and bill of materials instructions; customize the proper consumption of raw materials and finish goods.If a problem occurs during start up or normal running, the operator will get Padder Technician assistance after hour to resolve the problem. Minimize setup generation and avoid poor quality product being packed. Direct packers assignments while running, or when the machine is down. Perform a daily walk through to identify potential mechanical problems.

    Responsibilities:

    Responsible for machine set up and repairs.Loading trays on conveyor belt.Operate padding and labeling functions at production rate.Housekeeping.Oversee packing of product.Pack product.Complete paperwork and oversee quality.Mechanical skills.Pass the basic operators skills test.

    Qualifications:

    Communication Skills.Ability to learn new skills.Reading skills to understand all Work Orders, Production Book and Story Boards.Basic math skills (+, -, x, /) to insure proper count of material packaging.Observation skills to distinguish among parts.Team-working skills.Good manual dexterity to sort and pack parts.Mental alertness and good vision to distinguish differences in parts.Climbing on and in machines.Standing on feet up to 12 hours a day.

    Schedule:

    12 hours shift: from 5:30am to 5:30pm2-2-3 work schedule
