Mancan Staffing is teaming with a Kent company who is seeking Machine Operators to join their team!!
Pay rate is $17.50/hr
Shift: 6am to 4pm Monday-Thursday; OT Fridays 6am to 2pm. (OT is required.)
In this role, you will operate and monitor production machinery while ensuring products are processed accurately and efficiently. Responsibilities may include setting up and running machinery, loading and unloading materials, monitoring production processes, performing quality checks, and making adjustments as needed. Machine Operators may also assist with demolding, die cutting, stamping, sanding, gluing, packaging, and other production tasks as needed.Candidates should have good attention to detail, the ability to follow instructions, and a willingness to learn and perform a variety of production tasks. Previous machine operation or manufacturing experience is a plus. Candidates must be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, standing for extended periods, and continuously lifting and moving up to 40 lbs. Work uniforms are provided.
