Responsibilities:

  • Conduct in-home and on-site plumbing and sewer evaluations for residential and commercial customers.
  • Educate customers on plumbing and sewer deficiencies and recommend solutions that address their needs.
  • Generate new sales while maintaining the company’s standards of professionalism, integrity, and customer service.
  • Present accurate estimates and proposals to customers in their homes or businesses.
  • Conduct professional sales presentations using the company’s approved sales process and materials.
  • Offer financing options on all proposals and inform customers of current promotions.
  • Operate sewer inspection cameras, locators, and related equipment.
  • Identify blockages, damage, grade issues, root intrusion, and other sewer line conditions.
  • Document inspection findings through video, photos, detailed notes, and drawings.
  • Clearly communicate technical findings to customers using visual evidence.
  • Follow up with leads, open proposals, and prior customers to maximize sales opportunities.
  • Maintain accurate records of inspections, proposals, and customer interactions in ServiceTitan.
  • Coordinate with dispatch, installers, drain technicians, and service technicians to ensure sold work is properly scoped and completed successfully.
  • Return to completed jobs when necessary for quality checks and referral opportunities.
  • Participate in weekly sales meetings and ongoing training.
  • Maintain a minimum 45% conversion rate and achieve $120,000–$150,000 in monthly sales.

Qualifications:

  • Two (2)+ years of high-volume sales experience.
  • Two (2)+ years of retail, in-home, or home-services sales experience preferred.
  • Comfortable working directly with customers in their homes and businesses.
  • Strong prospecting, presentation, negotiation, and closing skills.
  • Excellent customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage a sales pipeline.
  • Results-driven, self-motivated, and goal-oriented.
  • Professional appearance and demeanor.
  • Ability to use company-furnished technology and maintain accurate digital records.
  • ServiceTitan experience preferred.
  • Plumbing, sewer, HVAC, construction, or home-services experience preferred.
  • Experience operating sewer inspection cameras and locating equipment is a plus.
  • Valid California driver’s license with a clean driving record.
  • Strong understanding of sales fundamentals and a commitment to doing the job right.
