What You’ll Do
  • Clear and clean drain lines using professional drain cleaning equipment
  • Perform sewer camera inspections and properly diagnose sewer line conditions
  • Identify issues such as roots, offsets, breaks, bellies, and blockages
  • Document findings with clear notes, photos, and videos using ServiceTitan
  • Recommend the appropriate next step based on accurate diagnosis
  • Educate customers on sewer and drain conditions while explaining repair or maintenance options professionally
  • Maintain clean and safe work areas while protecting customer property
  • Coordinate with dispatch and management regarding schedules, equipment, and follow-up needs
Schedule

  • Monday through Friday
  • Rotating on-call schedule for evenings, early mornings, and weekends
What We’re Looking For

Required
  • 3+ years of drain and/or sewer experience or equivalent field experience
  • Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
  • Experience operating drain cleaning equipment safely and effectively
  • Strong understanding of drain systems, pipe materials, and sewer line conditions
  • Strong customer communication and professionalism
  • Comfortable using ServiceTitan or similar field service software
  • Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in physically demanding environments
Preferred
  • Sewer camera inspection experience
  • Hydro-jetting experience
  • Locator experience
  • Plumbing service experience beyond drain cleaning
  • Ability to present repair options ethically and professionally
