POSITION VISION
To provide best in class customer service aligned with WBD quality and merchandising standards.


QUANTIFIABLE POSITION OBJECTIVE
1. Follow and maintain WBD Retail and Quality standards.
2. Adhere to Merchandiser Steps for Success.
3. Consistently demonstrates WBD core values.


QUALITATIVE POSITION OBJECTIVES
1. Fill coolers, shelves and displays with WBD products.
2. Build and maintain displays.
3. Utilize supplier rebates and designated point of sale/signage.
4. Organize back room inventory.
5. Monitor all code dates in stores, pull close dated or out of code product off shelves for pick-up at next scheduled delivery.
6. Report back to supervisor and/or sales rep any problems or potential opportunities that may arise during the day.
7. Check in and out with Account Manager at each visit.


PLANNING AND STRATEGY DEVELOPMENT
1. Ensure the appropriate priorities are maintained as defined by the Sales Rep/Supervisor and any direction that is given.
2. Work with Sales Rep/Supervisor to establish specific objectives and expectations for each assigned route.

MINIMUM/PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
While performing the duties of this Job, the employee is regularly required to stand; use hands to finger, handle, or feel and reach with hands and arms. The employee is frequently required to walk; sit; climb or balance; stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl and talk or hear. The employee must frequently lift and/or move up to 50 pounds. The employee must be able to drive for short or long periods of time.


WORK ENVIRONMENT CONDITIONS
Expected to represent brands across all Wright Beverage Distributing territories. Must be comfortable interacting with retail accounts. Exposed to all weather conditions due to amount of travel associated with position. Ability to drive to branch locations on regular basis as required. Must be willing to work weekends and holidays as required.


ADDITIONAL COMMENTS
Must hold a valid, clean NYS driver's license that is acceptable to our insurance carrier and Wright Beverage Distributing requirements, with reliable transportation.
