**********************************************************************

Experienced clinicians:

*Are you tired of compromising your ethics and your moral fabric to appease a government agency?

*Do you wallow in unnecessary paperwork using antiquated systems and a protocol that was designed 50 years ago?

*Is your caseload so large and unorganized that you barely have time to say. “Hello” and “Goodbye,” much less actually treat and evaluate?

*Do you end each day wondering if you did any good?

I’ve been there!!! Working as an independent contractor and employee in the schools for my first 5 years made me question my value. The sheer lack of support, massive caseloads, red tape and horrible working conditions drained me of my true passion and desire to be the Bad Ass Clinician I aspired to be….So… I quit!!!

I knew that with my training and experience, I could truly change lives and make a lasting imprint on all the kids and families that needed me. So, I took the power back! Thus, Seven Bridges Therapy was born.

25 years later, we have 13 Northern California Locations and a robust infrastructure dedicated to helping as many clients and their families as humanly possible. We continue to grow and evolve with the invaluable team we have all built together. I love going to work each day knowing that I can lead a team of Clinicians just like me toward the unlimited possibilities ahead.

We are strong independent people who care about each other and the important work that we do. We spare no expense when it comes to creating and maintaining a culture that fosters individual and collective growth as we support each other.

We are flexible in so many ways. We encourage each employee to feed their soul and shoot for the stars. Ever dream of having an intern, supervising Clinical Fellows, becoming a Lead Therapist or learning the ins and outs of operating a clinic? Are you a night owl and prefer to sleep in and arrive at 10:00 AM refreshed and rested? Maybe you prefer 4 10-hour days so that you can have three-day weekends? The possibilities are endless.

So, if you are tired of selling your soul for a paycheck, coming home frustrated and sick to your stomach, constantly being undermined and compromising yourself for an unrealistic expectation, do what we did. Take your power back and allow us to show you what you are truly capable of.

Our systems are state of the art from top to bottom. Our Clinicians are our top priority. Our Clinical Infrastructure with extensive standard operating procedures and detailed work instructions, Human Resources, Therapy and Evaluation Tools, Practice Management Software and highly skilled administrative staff are meticulously designed to support us so we, as clinicians, can dedicate our valuable time and expertise providing the best possible treatment.

If any of this rings true for you and you are ready to be part of a well developed team dedicated to being the best version of ourselves as we work together toward a common goal, reach out and lets talk about a future that truly matters.

We offer unparalleled:

*SUPPORT

*COLLABORATION
