The Banquet Setup team prepares event spaces according to specifications, arranging tables, chairs, linens, and decor. This role ensures that banquet and meeting rooms are properly set up and broken down for events.

Responsibilities:

  • Follow event diagrams and instructions to set up banquet rooms
  • Arrange tables, chairs, linens, tableware, and decorations
  • Install equipment such as stages, podiums, audio-visual systems, and dance floors
  • Maintain the cleanliness and condition of banquet facilities
  • Assist with the breakdown and storage of furniture and equipment after events
  • Coordinate with event planners and banquet staff for last-minute changes
  • Report any damaged items or equipment malfunctions
  • Ensure compliance with safety guidelines during setup and breakdown

Requirements:

  • Ability to lift and move heavy tables, chairs, and equipment
