We're expanding our team in Butler, Indiana, and looking for dedicated Production Workers to join our steel processing operations on 2nd and 3rd shift. Prior experience with forklifts, overhead crane operations, material handling and manufacturing is a plus. Preferred but not required: Previous experience in a production or manufacturing environment, including forklift or overhead crane operation, machine operation, material handling, steel processing, or machine setup. Operator roles typically require prior slitter machine operating experience.

Requirements

You should be computer literate in order to maintain associated production documents. Experience driving a forklift, overhead crane, material handler, steel handler, production and manufacturing work experience is desired. This is a physically demanding job which requires standing, bending, twisting, stooping and the ability to move up to 20 lbs.


Prior experience in machine operation and/or steel manufacturing experience is preferred for Slitter Opportunities; prior experience operating steel slitter machines is a bonus.
