Production setup Tasks & Duties (What You'll Do)

  • Installation of tooling into machines
  • Set cycles on machines & make adjustments to on machines to produce quality parts
  • Transfer molded bases, cavities and other tooling components from one location to another as required
  • Fit and assemble materials according to required specifications for each job.
  • follow up on quality requirements - Cone & burst tests, daily, hourly and monthly part checks.
  • Assist with training of other production personnel in installation & removal of mold bases & tooling.

Production Operator Shift Info

  • Day shift 7:42 am-4:12 pm
  • Monday - Friday

Production/Set up Qualifications (Requirements / Skills)

  • must be 18 years or older
  • 1-2 years working primarily with tooling and mold bases in similar production environment or equivalent training/experience preferred
  • drive a forklift & operate a hoist
  • good mechanical aptitude
  • Able to work as a team.
  • Ability to show up on time 5 days/week
