Responsibilities often include assisting with drafting set plans, sourcing or organizing materials, creating scale models, and collaborating closely with set designers, carpenters, and production teams. You may also have opportunities to participate in creative brainstorming sessions and attend production meetings, gaining valuable insight into the workflow and challenges of real-world set design. Talent Management Internship - Summer 2027

The Best Experience Company

Our tagline is "The Best Experience Company." More than just a set of words, it represents the essence of who we are at Springs Window Fashions. As North America's premier window covering company, we're committed to creating the Best Experience for our associates, consumers and end users, business partners, and communities. We want you to join our team of passionate self-starters who believe the world is full of Best Experience opportunities. So, if you're excited about the thought of a Best Experience career with a team focused on creating Best Experiences for all, we want to hear from you!

Internship Overview

Springs Window Fashions is looking for a motivated and hardworking individual to join our Human Resources Team! The Talent Management Internship provides an exciting opportunity to assist the team with project support while providing valuable work experience related to your chosen field of study. Our paid internship program is known for having in-depth, challenging project work with cross-functional teams, as well as professional development, job shadowing and other growth opportunities.

We are implementing two new modules of our Lyric platform - a Learning Management System (LMS) and a Talent/Succession Planning suite - and we are looking for a Talent Management Intern who wants to be part of a real system implementation from evaluation through launch.

You will own defined pieces of both projects, work directly with our Talent Management Team and HR business partners, and prepare for "go live" to associates across the organization. If you are interested in HR technology, learning and development, organizational change, or systems analysis, this internship offers hands-on experience that is difficult to get anywhere else at the student level. Ideal for students in their 3rd or 4th year pursuing a career in Human Resources

Internship Projects and Responsibilities

Part 1: Lyric Learning Management System implementation

In partnership with the Product Training Team, you will help move our learning content and training records from our current Bridge platform into Lyric LMS.

  • Support the evaluation of Lyric LMS capabilities and help build the implementation plan and timeline
  • Audit and clean up existing training content - identify duplicates, outdated material, and gaps, and organize what remains into a usable structure
  • Assist with migrating courses, learning paths, and participation/completion records from our current LMS to Lyric LMS
  • Help validate migrated data and troubleshoot issues before go-live
  • Draft communication and change management materials - announcements, quick reference guides, FAQs, and job aids - to prepare employees for launch

Part 2: Lyric Talent implementation

  • Support the evaluation of Lyric Talent tools and help develop the implementation approach
  • Help translate our current talent review and succession planning processes and data into the Lyric Talent framework
  • Assist with configuration, testing, and documentation
  • Build communication and change management materials to support the Lyric Talent launch, including manager-facing guidance
