Job description

K&I Healthcare Services, LLC is a CARF-accredited outpatient behavioral health provider serving clients across Baltimore, Waldorf, and Landover, Maryland. We're seeking a Mental Health Therapist to join our fee-for-service clinical team, providing individual, family, and group psychotherapy in a hybrid model that combines in-office and telehealth sessions.
What we are looking for:
  • Active, unrestricted Maryland clinical license in good standing (e.g., LCSW-C, LCPC, LGPC, LMSW, or Licensed Psychologist) - please confirm exact eligible license types before publishing.
  • Comfort with a hybrid, fee-for-service clinical practice model.
  • Ability to meet weekly session and productivity expectations.
  • Commitment to CARF-accredited, Maryland Medicaid-compliant clinical documentation standards.

Minimum Session Requirements
  • Full-Time: Minimum 5-6 sessions per day, 28 sessions weekly, no more than 45 sessions weekly, in the office at least 2 days per week.
  • Part-Time: Minimum 3-4 sessions per day, 16 sessions weekly, in the office at least 1 day per week.

Compensation by CPT Code: Compensation varies by CPT code and modality (telehealth vs. in-person). Paid per session by CPT code, ranging $35-$160/session depending on service type and modality (telehealth vs. in-person); reduced rates apply if weekly session minimums aren't met.
