Senior Product Manager, E-Commerce Products

Role Overview
We are seeking a mobile-first Senior Product Manager, E-Commerce Products, to oversee all Admissions Products offered for purchase across our Websites and
Native Apps. These include Tickets, Passes, and Upgrades, which together account for the majority of our digital revenue. You will define the vision, roadmap, and
success metrics for this domain, balancing global platform consistency with brandand park-specific needs. Reporting to the VP Product, this is an end-to-end Product
role with high visibility and broad cross-functional partnership.
Key Responsibilities
• Own the end-to-end Product Roadmap for Tickets, Passes, and Upgrades across all brands and parks.
• Establish, track, and optimize against clear success metrics, including conversion, average order value, and revenue per visit.
• Lead experimentation and optimization efforts, including A/B testing, offer presentation, and personalization strategies.
• Translate complex business and operational requirements into clear product requirements and prioritized roadmaps.
• Collaborate closely with the Cart & Checkout Product Manager to ensure a seamless, cohesive purchase funnel.
• Serve as the primary decision-maker and escalation point for your product area,
providing clarity and direction across stakeholders.
• Partner with Revenue Management and Marketing to launch new products, offers, and packaging strategies that drive incremental revenue and lifetime value.
• Balance platform-level consistency with the flexibility required to support diverse park types (dry parks, water parks, Sesame Place, Discovery Cove).
Qualifications
• 5-10 years of experience in Product Management with respected consumer ECommerce business(es) with strong emphasis on Mobile Web, Apps.
• Demonstrated experience owning revenue-critical products end-to-end, from strategy through execution and optimization.
• Strong understanding of pricing, packaging, merchandising, and offer optimization.
• Proven ability to operate effectively in complex, cross-functional environments with multiple stakeholders and competing priorities.
• Deep experience using data to drive decisions, including defining KPIs, experimentation, and post-launch analysis.
• Ability to move comfortably between strategic thinking and hands-on execution.
• Experience with modern Product Development methodologies (Lean, Agile).
• Exceptional communication and influence skills, including the ability to explain complex concepts to non-technical audiences.
• Bachelor's degree required. MBA is preferred.
