Job Summary:
MDAEdge is seeking an experienced ServiceNow Administrator with a strong technical background to support platform operations, troubleshoot issues, and ensure optimal system performance. This role involves maintaining foundational data, managing change and release processes, and collaborating with development teams to implement long-term solutions.
Responsibilities:
• Manage and troubleshoot ServiceNow platform-related issues to ensure smooth operations.
• Identify recurring issues and collaborate with development teams to implement long-term resolutions.
• Monitor system performance and proactively address potential concerns.
• Support change management and release processes within the ServiceNow platform.
• Maintain foundational data sources, including Users, Configuration Items (CIs), Locations, etc.
• Develop and document standard operating procedures and create knowledge articles for internal use.
• Assist in system audits and ensure compliance with governance standards.
• Provide technical support for large-scale ServiceNow implementations.
Qualifications:
Required:
• 7+ years of experience in technology administration with a focus on ServiceNow.
• 5+ years of hands-on ServiceNow technical experience.
• Proficiency in scripting and configuration within the platform.
• Experience with integrations and managing system connectivity.
• Strong understanding of the Application Development Lifecycle and best practices.
