Job description

Job Description We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Solution Architect to join our team and support a prestigious client in Washington, DC. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in ServiceNow platform implementation, with expertise in Vulnerability Management, SecOps, and Change Management. This role involves working closely with stakeholders to design and implement innovative solutions, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and industry best practices.

If you have a passion for driving process improvement and delivering impactful ServiceNow solutions, we want to hear from you. Responsibilities: Design and architect ServiceNow solutions for Vulnerability Management, SecOps, and Change Management modules. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and develop tailored solutions that address business needs.

Lead the configuration, customization, and implementation of the ServiceNow platform to optimize workflows and processes. Ensure seamless integration of ServiceNow with existing systems and infrastructure. Provide expert guidance on best practices, ensuring solutions are scalable, secure, and maintainable.

Conduct training sessions and provide ongoing support to stakeholders and end-users. Stay up-to-date with the latest ServiceNow features and capabilities to drive continuous improvement.
