Job Summary:
ARK Solutions, Inc. is seeking a highly skilled ServiceNow Developer to support the development, administration, and enhancement of ServiceNow solutions within an enterprise environment. The role involves designing, developing, and maintaining ServiceNow applications while collaborating with stakeholders to gather requirements and implement technical solutions.
Responsibilities:
• Support the design, development, configuration, and maintenance of ServiceNow applications and modules.
• Participate in Agile software development activities, including requirements gathering, sprint planning, testing, and deployment.
• Develop and maintain ServiceNow Business Rules, Script Includes, UI Actions, Scheduled Jobs, and workflows.
• Configure and manage ServiceNow security, roles, and Access Control Lists (ACLs).
• Assist with ServiceNow HR Service Delivery (HRSD) and Employee Service Center (ESC) implementations and enhancements.
• Develop and support REST API integrations between ServiceNow and external systems.
• Troubleshoot application issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement solutions.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Prepare and maintain technical documentation, process documentation, and user guides.
