Job Role: ServiceNow Developer
ServiceNow Developer with 12+ years of experience in ServiceNow development and administration
Responsibilities
  • Design, develop, and implement ServiceNow applications and modules using ServiceNow Studio, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, SQL, HTML 5 and other web technologies.
  • Configure and customize ServiceNow platform features such as workflows, forms, UI actions, business rules, client scripts, etc.
  • Integrate ServiceNow with other systems and applications using REST/SOAP APIs, MID servers, web services, etc.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to ServiceNow functionality, performance, and security.
  • Perform unit testing, system testing, and user acceptance testing of ServiceNow solutions.
  • Document and maintain technical specifications, user guides, and best practices for ServiceNow development.
  • Stay updated on the latest developments and trends in ServiceNow and related technologies.

Qualifications & Technical knowledge
  • 12+ years of experience in ServiceNow development and administration
  • ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)
  • ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) certifications
  • ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist Discovery
  • Proficient in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, XML structural Programming, , HTML 5 and other web technologies

  • Experience in troubleshooting and resolving issues related to ServiceNow functionality, performance, and security.
  • Experience in performing unit testing, system testing, and user acceptance testing of ServiceNow solutions.
  • Experience in documenting and maintaining technical specifications, user guides, and best practices for ServiceNow development.
  • Knowledge of ITIL processes and best practices.
