Full time or contract opportunity available.

Description:

The IT Transition Manager is responsible for the service transition activities related to the firm's IT infrastructure and application solution projects. The main activities are to assure the smooth ongoing operation and support of IT solutions affected by the Program to the Operational support functions that will support the solution through business as usual (BAU) support.  This role will deliver against the transition scope and plan for the Program, a program which is delivering global extended service offerings for HEXAWARE end users through the implementation of SAP. These extended service offerings include, though are not limited to, ServiceNow, Fiori, Duet, and integration to other platforms.

Job Requirements:

             A degree in Computer Science or a related discipline; or equivalent work experience

Experience:

             5 to 10 years in a corporate IT environment

             3 to 5 years experience in transition  management or related process management field (application development, change management, deployment or release management)

             Work experience in a professional services industry, preferred

Certification Requirements:

             ITILv3 Expert qualified preferred

             ITILv3 Service Transition Lifecycle Qualified is advantageous

             Project management certification is advantageous (PMI/CAPM or PMP, PRINCE2)
