SCHEDULE FOR OUR HVAC AND PLUMBING SERVICE TECH:
This is a full-time position, Monday-Friday from 7 AM-4 PM, with on-call rotation, overtime availability, and direct dispatch from home, no reporting to a central office.
YOUR ROLE AS AN HVAC AND PLUMBING SERVICE TECH:
In this position, you'll dispatch directly from home to residential service calls where you'll diagnose HVAC and plumbing issues, complete efficient repairs, and document work accurately. You'll communicate solutions clearly to homeowners, identify preventative repair opportunities when appropriate, and maintain an organized truck and professional job site throughout the day.
In order to do this, you'll need the following:
  • 2+ years of hands-on experience in HVAC
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
  • Ability to diagnose and repair residential systems independently
  • Basic understanding of electrical and mechanical systems
  • EPA Certification

At least three years of residential service experience, familiarity with ServiceTitan, strong customer communication and presentation skills, and confident independent diagnostics are preferred.
