About the Role:

The Service Technician plays a critical role in ensuring the optimal performance and safety of automotive vehicles through expert diagnosis, repair, and maintenance. This position requires a thorough understanding of both electrical and mechanical automotive systems to accurately identify issues and implement effective solutions. The Service Technician will work closely with customers and team members to deliver high-quality service that meets manufacturer standards and customer expectations. By maintaining detailed records and adhering to safety protocols, the technician contributes to the overall efficiency and reputation of the service department. Ultimately, this role is essential in extending vehicle longevity and enhancing customer satisfaction through reliable and timely automotive service.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Mopar certified technician, "level 2" or higher.
  • Experience with computerized diagnostic tools and automotive software.
  • Previous work experience in a dealership or specialized automotive service center.

Responsibilities:

  • Perform comprehensive diagnostics on automotive electrical and mechanical systems to identify faults and malfunctions.
  • Conduct routine maintenance services such as oil changes, brake inspections, and fluid replacements according to manufacturer guidelines.
  • Repair or replace defective components including wiring, sensors, engines, transmissions, and other mechanical parts.
