Description

RMS IT Solutions Inc is seeking a skilled and experienced Information Technology Manager to join our dynamic team in Manchester. As a MID_SENIOR professional in the Information Technology/IT industry, you will play a crucial role in overseeing and managing our IT operations on-site. This FULL_TIME position offers the opportunity to lead a talented team and drive the strategic direction of our IT department. If you are a proactive leader with a passion for technology and a track record of successful IT management, we invite you to apply.

Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage the IT team to ensure efficient operation and delivery of IT services
  • Develop and implement IT strategies, policies, and procedures to support business objectives
  • Oversee the deployment, monitoring, maintenance, development, upgrade, and support of all IT systems
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and prioritize IT initiatives and projects
  • Ensure compliance with security standards, regulations, and best practices
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
  • Proven experience in IT management, with a focus on infrastructure, operations, and team leadership
  • Strong knowledge of IT systems, networks, security, and emerging technologies
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and decision-making skills
  • Ability to analyze complex IT issues and provide innovative solutions
  • Certifications such as ITIL, PMP, or CISSP are a plus
