About the Role:
Precision Door Service is looking for a driven and experienced General Manager to lead our Service, Sales, and Warehouse operations in Menomonee Falls, WI. This is an exciting opportunity to take ownership of a fast-paced, customer-focused business and make a real impact across multiple departments. Responsibilities:
  • Oversee daily operations across service, sales, and warehouse departments to ensure efficiency and performance
  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of service technicians, sales staff, and warehouse personnel
