Job Description:

The Customer Service Representative will serve as the primary point of contact for customers, handling a high volume of inbound calls while delivering timely and professional support. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently throughout the day.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to a high volume of incoming customer calls daily
