Job description

Job Title: Quality Analyst

Pay Rate: $24.00/hr on W2

Duration:6  months possibility for extension

Location: 615 E Michigan St, Milwaukee, Wisconsin, United States of America, 53202

Job Type: Hybrid

Onsite 5 days a week for training. Hybrid afterwards could be potential depending on key factors. 

Parking: There is parking available, but there would be a cost

Training will require them to be onsite more.

No OT available, Contractors are only allowed to work a maximum of 40 hours.  Possibility of temp to perm if they are a good fit, but no guarantees.

Must have Skills: Detail oriented, communication and collaboration, critical thinking/problem solving skills

Preferred skills/education: Undergraduate degree in business or related field, or equivalent work experience required.

Financial Industry Experience Minimum education requirement:

High School diploma or equivalent U.S. Bank Global Fund Services (GFS) offers fund administration, compliance, legal administration, fund accounting, fulfillment, distribution and marketing, custody, securities lending, transfer agent and shareholder services and alternative investment product services. We provide the products and services necessary for fund sponsors to focus on investing while we protect their business interests and minimize risks. As Transfer Agent, we act as liaison and provide service to over 200 mutual fund/alternative investment companies and their shareholders. We have numerous opportunities for individuals, with excellent multitasking abilities to provide a superior level of service to our growing group of high profile clients and their shareholders. Efficient and detail-oriented individuals will be able to showcase their talents and develop long lasting relationships through excellent verbal, and written communications. Monitors and evaluates the quality of work as measured against timeliness, accuracy and productivity standards. Document quality issues, performance measures and quality improvements for management review. Provide information to assist in training and giving feedback to employees. Ensure proper application of and compliance with internal and regulatory standards, guidelines and procedures. Independently analyzes complex cases requiring high level analysis and expertise. Work is moderately complex and may fall outside established procedures. Verify all processing of shareholder transactions, both financial and non-financial, for accuracy and completeness. Analyze new account set ups and maintenance. Additional responsibilities can include: review of shareholder correspondence for content, clarity, grammar and typographical errors and/or review of Contact Center transactions for caller verification. Communicate any transaction or reference discrepancies to appropriate parties. Resolve all quality control issues and maintain group work standards for volume and accuracy. Participate in a culture of continuous improvement, risk-based thinking, and employee engagement driven by our ISO 9001 certification.

Qualifications: Basic Qualifications • Undergraduate degree in business or related field, or equivalent work experience required. • Good knowledge and understanding of products and services applicable to Mutual Funds. • Effective verbal and written communication skills. • Attention to detail required. Preferred Skills/Experience • One to two years of experience in the quality analysis and measurement activities or in Mutual Fund operations. • Good knowledge of the productivity and accuracy standards of Mutual Fund operations. • Proficient computer skills, especially Microsoft Office applications. • Ability to perform multiple tasks in a dynamic working environment with minimal supervision
