Job description

As a Material Processor, you will be cross trained to work in various departments within the Wireless Services Team. You will have the opportunity to use your computer skills as you verify and enter product and customer information into the system and your attention to detail will be critical as you inspect, label, and package our products. Temp to perm is possible


Material Processor Shift

  • Weekend Shift Friday-Sunday 6am-6:30 pm $16.40HR
  • Day Shift Monday - Thursday 6:00am - 4:30pm $15.00HR


Special Requirements:

  • Ability to sit and/or stand for an 8, 10, or 12-hour shift depending on work schedule
  • Ability to manually lift and carry up to thirty (30) pounds


Material Processor Primary Job Accountabilities/Responsibilities:

  • Unpack cell phones and batteries and sort into bins
  • Perform quality checks by visually and manually inspecting product
  • Use a computer to enter customer and product information
  • Charge, test, package, and label cell phone batteries
  • Use small amounts of alcohol to clean products
  • Place cell phone handsets and all required parts into packaging
  • Identify and label product packaging for processing into inventory
  • Complete shipping documents and print shipping labels
  • Prepare orders and equipment for shipment
  • Perform other duties as assigned including moving of material as needed


Required Experience, Skills, and Knowledge:

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office, and the ability to toggle between multiple screens when entering data
  • Must be able to sit and/or stand for an 8, 10, or 12- hour shift depending on work schedule
  • Must have worked in a warehouse environment
