Job description

THE ROLE

We are seeking a visionary and highly experienced Senior Salesforce Architect to serve as the Service Owner for the Lead-to-Opportunity pillar within our Go-to-Market (GTM) organization in Santa Clara, CA. This role combines strategic technical leadership with strong functional business partnership to drive the architecture, scalability, and operational excellence of critical GTM platforms and processes.

In this role, you will own the end-to-end Lead-to-Opportunity domain, leading the design and evolution of Salesforce solutions across Sales Cloud, CPQ, cloud applications, APIs, integrations, and digital user experiences that support sales and revenue operations. You will partner closely with business stakeholders, product teams, and engineering leaders to translate GTM strategy into scalable technology solutions that improve efficiency, user experience, and business outcomes.

As a global technical leader, you will guide and mentor high-performing Salesforce developers, cloud engineers, and UX engineering teams based in India and Prague. The ideal candidate brings a strong blend of enterprise architecture expertise, Salesforce platform leadership, and functional understanding of GTM business processes, with the ability to operate strategically while driving execution across complex cross-functional initiatives.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

  • Serve as the Service Owner for the Lead-to-Opportunity pillar within the GTM organization, owning the strategy, architecture, delivery, and operational excellence of the platform ecosystem.
  • Lead and mentor a global multidisciplinary team of Salesforce developers, cloud engineers, and UX engineers across India and Prague.
  • Define and drive the architectural roadmap for Salesforce Sales Cloud, CPQ, and integrated GTM applications, ensuring scalability, reliability, and alignment with business objectives.
  • Partner closely with Sales, Revenue Operations, Product Management, and Business Systems teams to translate complex business processes into scalable technical solutions.
  • Own the end-to-end solution architecture for Lead-to-Opportunity workflows, including lead management, account and opportunity processes, quoting integrations, approvals, and pipeline visibility.
  • Oversee the design, development, and optimization of Salesforce components including Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Flows, APIs, and third-party integrations.
  • Establish and enforce Salesforce platform standards, security best practices, data governance, and scalable design patterns across the organization.
  • Lead technical decision-making and provide hands-on guidance for complex solution design, performance optimization, and system scalability challenges.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on user experience, platform adoption, operational efficiency, and business process simplification.
  • Collaborate with enterprise architecture and infrastructure teams to align GTM systems with broader company technology strategy and compliance requirements.
  • Champion innovation by evaluating emerging Salesforce, AI, automation, and cloud technologies to modernize GTM capabilities and improve business outcomes.
  • Support organizational growth through hiring, onboarding, mentorship, and career development of engineering talent and technical leads.
  • We are primarily an in-office environment and therefore, you will be expected to work from the Santa Clara, CA office in compliance with Everpure's policies, unless you are on PTO, or work travel, or other approved leave.

WHAT YOU BRING

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related technical field (or equivalent practical experience).
  • 10+ years of experience in enterprise application development and architecture, with at least 5 years in technical leadership, solution architecture, or service ownership roles.
  • Deep expertise in the Salesforce platform, including Sales Cloud, CPQ, Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Flows, integrations, security models, and enterprise data architecture.
  • Strong understanding of Lead-to-Opportunity business processes within complex B2B Go-to-Market organizations, including lead management, opportunity lifecycle, quoting, approvals, forecasting, and sales operations.
  • Proven experience leading AI-driven transformation initiatives within sales and GTM organizations, including the application of AI/ML, automation, predictive analytics, agentic workflows, and generative AI to improve seller productivity, pipeline intelligence, forecasting accuracy, and operational efficiency.
  • Experience evaluating and implementing AI-enabled CRM capabilities such as Salesforce Einstein, AI copilots, workflow automation, intelligent recommendations, conversational interfaces, and data-driven decision support systems.
  • Proven experience designing and delivering scalable enterprise solutions integrating Salesforce with cloud applications, APIs, middleware, ERP, pricing, and other enterprise systems.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead large-scale digital transformation and platform modernization initiatives in complex enterprise environments.
  • Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence executive leadership, business partners, and cross-functional technical teams.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills with the ability to bridge technical and functional domains effectively.
  • Salesforce certifications such as Salesforce Application Architect, System Architect, AI Associate, or CTA are highly preferred.
