Key responsibilities include:
  • Manage customer orders from entry through successful shipment and invoicing.
  • Review orders for accuracy, pricing, lead times, credit memos, and returns.
  • Coordinate with production planning, inventory, shipping, and purchasing to ensure on-time fulfillment.
  • Proactively monitor open orders and communicate schedule changes or delays.
  • Build strong relationships with customers, sales representatives, and internal business partners.
  • Resolve customer questions and issues with professionalism and urgency.
  • Deliver an outstanding customer experience that reflects Carlisle's commitment to service excellence.

What We're Looking For

  • Customer-focused and passionate about delivering exceptional service
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail
  • Able to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • A strong communicator who builds positive relationships
  • Comfortable solving problems and adapting to changing priorities
  • Driven by teamwork and continuous improvement
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office; SAP or other ERP experience is a plus.

Qualifications
  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Experience in customer service, order management, logistics, supply chain, inventory management, or a related field
  • Experience supporting internal and/or external customers
  • ERP experience (SAP preferred) is a plus.

Why Join Carlisle Architectural Metals?
At CAM, you'll be part of a collaborative team that values integrity, accountability, continuous improvement, and delivering an exceptional customer experience. You'll work alongside talented professionals who are passionate about solving customer challenges while supporting some of the industry's leading architectural metal brands.
If you're looking for an opportunity where you can make an impact, build strong relationships, and grow your career in a dynamic manufacturing environment, we encourage you to apply.
Carlisle is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
