Experienced Service Plumber (Master or Journeyman Preferred)

1-Tom-Plumber is one of the fastest-growing emergency plumbing companies in the industry, providing exceptional residential and commercial plumbing services. We are committed to delivering outstanding customer service, quality workmanship, and rapid response when our customers need us most.

We are looking for an experienced Service Plumber with 5+ years of professional plumbing experience who takes pride in delivering high-quality work and exceptional customer service. Master Plumber and Journeyman Plumber license holders are strongly preferred, but we welcome experienced, highly skilled plumbers who meet our qualifications.

What You'll Do

Diagnose and repair residential and commercial plumbing systems.

Respond to scheduled service calls and plumbing emergencies.

Provide exceptional customer service by communicating clearly and professionally with customers.

Maintain consistent communication with dispatch throughout the workday.

Perform high-quality workmanship while following all plumbing codes and safety standards.

Properly maintain your company vehicle, tools, and state-of-the-art equipment.

Participate in an on-call rotation and respond promptly to emergency plumbing calls.

Complete service documentation accurately and thoroughly.

Represent 1-Tom-Plumber with professionalism, integrity, and a positive attitude.

Qualifications

Required

Minimum of 5 years of professional plumbing experience

Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills

Ability to work independently and efficiently

Excellent customer service and communication skills

Valid driver's license with a clean driving record

Ability to safely lift equipment and perform physically demanding work

Preferred

Master Plumber License

Journeyman Plumber License

Experience in residential and commercial service plumbing
