Junior Management Analyst
Location: Eglin Air Force Base, FL
Job Type: Full-Time, On-Site
Clearance Required: Active Top Secret
Salary: $60,000โ€“$70,000
Position Overview
OSAAVA Services is seeking a Junior Management Analyst to support the 53rd Wing at Eglin Air Force Base, Florida. This role supports mission-critical administrative operations and IT access management activities within a secure Department of Defense environment.
The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, highly organized, and experienced supporting administrative and account management functions in a classified environment. This position requires an active Top Secret security clearance at the time of application. Responsibilities โ€ข Process and manage system account access requests for government personnel. โ€ข Grant, modify, and revoke user account privileges in accordance with DoD security policies and established procedures. โ€ข Maintain accurate documentation, audit records, and account management logs. โ€ข Coordinate with Information Assurance personnel, system owners, security managers, and unit representatives to validate user access. โ€ข Provide administrative support including scheduling, correspondence, tracking actions, and maintaining records. โ€ข Prepare reports, briefings, spreadsheets, and other documentation supporting mission requirements. โ€ข Ensure compliance with DoD cybersecurity policies, OPSEC requirements, and access control procedures. โ€ข Support continuous process improvement and assist with updating standard operating procedures. Required Qualifications โ€ข Active Top Secret security clearance (required at the time of application) โ€ข Current CompTIA Security+ certification โ€ข Minimum of 1 year of administrative, management analyst, or comparable support experience โ€ข Experience supporting DoD account management, user provisioning, or access request processes โ€ข Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) โ€ข Strong written and verbal communication skills โ€ข Ability to work full-time on-site at Eglin Air Force Base Preferred Qualifications โ€ข TS/SCI eligibility or current TS/SCI clearance โ€ข Military service or prior DoD contractor experience โ€ข Experience using ServiceNow, Remedy, or other IT Service Management (ITSM) platforms โ€ข Familiarity with DISS, JPAS, or similar personnel security/access management systems โ€ข Previous experience supporting U.S. Air Force organizations or installations Benefits โ€ข Competitive salary: $60,000โ€“$70,000 โ€ข Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance โ€ข 401(k) with Company Match โ€ข Paid Time Off and Paid Holidays โ€ข Professional Development and Certification Support โ€ข Opportunity to support mission-critical U.S. Air Force operations About OSAAVA Services
